Ensure your item is in its original, factory-sealed packaging; items with broken seals or missing internal components like photocards cannot be returned.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Pack the items securely in their original shipping box with plenty of padding to prevent damage during transit, as damaged goods may be rejected.

Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service and wait 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed once received.
