Are all your albums and merchandise official?

Yes, we guarantee that 100% of our products are official and sourced directly from licensed distributors in South Korea. All album sales are also counted toward the Hanteo and Gaon charts.

How long does shipping take for international orders?

International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Please note that pre-order items will ship once they are officially released and received at our warehouse.

Will my album include the pre-order benefits?

Pre-order benefits such as posters, special photocards, or limited edition inserts are included only while supplies last and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. To process a claim, we require an unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time as proof of the condition.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country's local government. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.
